A religious internet web site issued an audio-cassette. On the cassette, calls for ‘massacre’ were made in order to frighten the West. The cassette was said to have come from Al-Qaeda.
An unidentified voice on the cassette broadcast on the web site, which had announced that a video by Al-Qaeda would be issued on the 6 th anniversary of September 11 attacks before, ‘Religious terror should be brought to the West so that the Europeans feel death. An intimidating balance must be formed between us’ says.
This voice record’s name given by the web site which is thought to be the new press organ of Al-Qaeda and whose Arabic name is Tanzim Al Qaeda is ‘Conquest of New York and Washington: Reasons and Truths’.
